  • Early Bird Registration

Spring is just around the corner, which at Girl Scouts River Valleys means that Early Registration is almost here! Early Registration for the 2015 Girl Scout year begins April 12 and ends on June 6, and we are excited to announce that this year’s early bird is the Atlantic Puffin. Everyone who registers during Early Registration will receive a free Early Bird Patch that features the puffin!! The cost for Girl Scout membership is $15.

Individual members who participate in Early Registration will be also automatically enrolled in a special monthly discount at the Girl Scout shop that runs May 2014–April 2015.This means that all Early Registration members will receive an email each month with a discount on a particular product for a limited time. The monthly discount is exclusive to only those who register during the Early Registration time period, so don’t miss out. Please note: Emails will start the month following your registration, so if you’d like to get all 12 month’s worth of special shop discount emails, we recommend that you register by the end of April.

Please look for more information to come and feel free to contact our registrar, Rhonda Kindem, at rhonda.kindem@gmail.com with any questions.

  • Come & get the scoop about what's new in Girl Scouts, hear the latest re: events, ideas, training, girl-happenings, cookie-sales & much more. You need this info to stay up-to-date on leading your troop(s)!
  • Let's hear your ideas, comments & suggestions. Our Share Ideas page of this website needs your clever input to inspire other leaders! Is there a topic you'd like to include on the meeting agenda? Contact Amy Fewell, Service Unit Manager.
  • Meeting is held in the Chapel area (main floor, rear of building). Please note that sign-in at the door is required for all attendees (this is a secure, senior-living building). Also note that if you must bring a child along to the meeting, they MUST sit quietly & remain within the meeting room at all times.
  • Share Your Troop's talents, accomplishments & projects--troops are welcome to hold a flag ceremony, discuss their recent service projects or activities, or even teach everyone a new song!
